•Design, estimate, and implement technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
•Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
•Research and propose AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC and address business challenges.
•Recommend IT industry standards and tools/practices (e.g., DevOps) to deliver well-engineered software products.
•Propose improvements, escalate risks/issues, review development work, and share knowledge from projects and communities.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in software development.
•Strong understanding of programming paradigms (OOP, Functional) and clean code principles (e.g., SOLID, GoF, MVVM).
•Proficiency with Ruby and related tools/frameworks such as Rails and RSpec (including Ruby version managers).
•Practical experience applying AI in the SDLC (spec-driven development).
•Solid experience with testing/mocking frameworks and working knowledge of SQL and version control (e.g., Git).
