Key Responsibilities

•Consult on HR Technology projects, supporting the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM and related functionality
•Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions
•Support end-to-end project delivery activities including discovery, design workshops, configuration, testing, and deployment
•Advise on HR process design and system best practices across core HCM areas such as worker data, business processes, security, and reporting
•Analyze system impacts and data dependencies to ensure integrated, sustainable solutions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,600 - 162,400 annually

•Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment
