Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the organization responsible for shared engineering platforms, cloud foundations, integration capabilities, quality and performance engineering services, and developer tooling.
  • •Own and execute the multi-year platform engineering strategy across cloud infrastructure, developer experience, quality engineering, and enterprise integrations and automation.
  • •Build and govern CI/CD and release engineering capabilities, including GitOps workflows, environment topology, deployment runbooks, progressive delivery, and branching standards.
  • •Define and execute quality engineering strategy and shared test automation frameworks, release quality governance, and platform quality standards.
  • •Drive performance engineering, cloud architecture (including Kubernetes platform and networking), and security/compliance engineering (DevSecOps, vulnerability management, secrets management, and security posture controls).

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior engineering leadership role owning platform, infrastructure, or DevOps engineering organizations.
  • •Define platform architecture strategy, technology standards, and infrastructure modernization roadmaps supporting scalability, resilience, and security.
  • •Build internal developer platforms and self-service engineering capabilities that improve productivity, reliability, governance, and time-to-market.
  • •Experience operating cloud-native infrastructure including Kubernetes and related compute/runtime services, Cloud CDN, IAM, VPC, and observability tooling (GCP preferred).
  • •Demonstrate CI/CD and testing and performance expertise at scale, including CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions/Cloud Build/ArgoCD/Spinnaker) and test/performance tooling (e.g., Playwright/Selenium/Cypress, k6/Gatling/JMeter, Datadog/New Relic/Dynatrace).
