Provide IT support and systems administration for hedge fund and investment firm clients in a fully remote role based in Johannesburg. Triage and resolve user issues via a ticketing system, maintain documentation, and follow strict change control. Key Responsibilities

•Perform IT support services to end users using a ticketing system to manage support queries.
•Troubleshoot desktop, mobile, and end-user issues in a client environment.
•Maintain documentation and comply with organizational rules and guidelines.
•Adhere to strict change control procedures for support and systems updates.
•Provide systems administration support including Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Active Directory, and related infrastructure.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of IT experience across desktop support, systems engineering, or systems administration.
•End-user support skills including troubleshooting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and desktop/mobile devices.
•Support primarily the Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD).
•Knowledge of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, and Group Policy (with good familiarity with Citrix XenApp).
•Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/DMZ/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing, switching, and firewalls) and MSP experience.
