•Lead preventive maintenance engineering for the maintenance team, including technical leadership and management of the maintenance engineering process.
•Use SPC and TPM programs to drive improvements, measure repair effectiveness, and streamline preventive maintenance to improve equipment availability.
•Plan and coordinate PM activities for specific tools; arrange, participate in, and implement PM planning.
•Create and update equipment preventive maintenance work instructions, specifications, and troubleshooting materials; maintain PM records and related data.
•Monitor equipment downtime, review tool performance data, participate in performance meetings, and schedule needed repairs/rebuilds based on trending performance data.

Salary: USD 68,800 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Associates, bachelors, or MS degree in a technical discipline, plus the experience combinations described (including 2+ years engineering experience and manufacturing-setting technical experience).
•Prior experience in vacuum or wet coating equipment operations and maintenance.
•Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite programs.
•Knowledge of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and problem-solving tools such as 7 Steps and DMAIC (6Sigma).
•Strong CMMS software knowledge; ERP systems knowledge preferred.
