Lead the design and integration of antenna, radome, and radar cross section (RCS) ranges and chambers. Key Responsibilities

•Develop antenna, radome, advanced sensor systems, and/or RCS ranges/chambers
•Collaborate with interdisciplinary engineering teams to define, analyze, simulate, implement, and evaluate requirements for ranges and chambers and related test equipment
•Coordinate with chamber/range equipment and service suppliers to ensure timely delivery and maintenance
•Oversee implementation of new ranges/chambers and mentor staff across the business

Salary: USD 107,500 - 204,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including testing of antennas or radomes in a chamber or test range, operation of an antenna/radome/RCS chamber or range, and knowledge of antenna/sensor measurement theory and range operation
•Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access after start
•Master of Science (MS) or PhD in electrical engineering (preferred)
