Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the annual business plan for Australia and New Zealand, aligning market opportunities and threats with executive management.
  • •Initiate and run sales-oriented customer events, campaigns, presentations, and trade fairs to grow revenue.
  • •Provide operational leadership to the sales team, including target setting, mentoring, career development, and performance motivation.
  • •Lead C-level negotiation and influence to secure contracts and agreements, while expanding and deepening enterprise customer relationships.
  • •Coordinate pre-sales resources, manage KPI development, and ensure smooth handover of customers to Professional Services with ongoing care and referenceability.

Key Requirements

  • •At least fifteen years of relevant experience in the information technology software and services market in Australia.
  • •10+ years of experience selling at senior executive levels (C level) and 5+ years of sales management experience in a large multinational software vendor.
  • •Proven track record of driving organizational success and increasing revenue quarter on quarter.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing and motivating sales individuals and building high-performance, high-engagement teams.
  • •Strong enterprise software background with B2B technical sales and coordination with regional/worldwide centralized resources for support and operations.
