Job Summary

Build foundational, low-latency systems for the XCore platform, including identity/authorization services, microservices, and reliable data pipelines for audit logs and BI exports. Partner with Product to deliver end-to-end changes and build automation tooling that supports efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain low-latency APIs and distributed microservices for identity, authorization, user profiles, settings, and product configurations.
•Implement and maintain consistent, reliable data pipelines, including audit-log systems and BI data exports.
•Maintain and improve existing features based on user feedback and evolving product requirements.
•Follow engineering best practices such as structured logging, cross-service request tracking, and robust error management.
•Contribute to production observability (alerting, dashboards, runbooks) and build tooling to reduce manual operational toil.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of professional experience building backend systems in an enterprise environment.
•1+ years of experience programming in Python or Scala.
•Solid understanding of microservices and service-oriented architectures (SOA).
•Experience building and consuming REST APIs with attention to reliability and client experience.
•Exposure to data synchronization patterns and high-consistency data pipeline design.
