Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary interface between Workforce Management and Operations to ensure WFM disciplines are adopted in operational decision-making.
•Translate WFM insights into clear operational trade-offs and challenge decisions that undermine workforce plans.
•Drive a shift from reactive, short-term workforce decisions to planned, data-driven execution using intraday, scheduling, and capacity principles.
•Mentor Intraday and Scheduling Specialists through guidance, coaching, and feedback to improve decision quality.
•Support operational teams while ensuring forecast accuracy, schedule creation, and intraday execution remain with WFM execution teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 2,400,000 - 3,300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of WFM/Ops experience in high-volume, scaled environments such as contact centers or shared services.
•Knowledge of financial services operations in regulated environments (e.g., KYC, FinCrime).
•Ability to translate WFM concepts and jargon (e.g., Erlang, shrinkage, occupancy) into actionable business guidance.
•Strong analytical reasoning to interpret trends and leading vs. lagging indicators.
•Demonstrated stakeholder management and change management experience supporting adoption of new playbooks/frameworks.
