Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary technical advisor to MSSPs, MSPs, CSPs, and DFIR partners, enabling them to evaluate, operationalize, and scale the Trend platform.
  • •Lead technical onboarding for managed security partners, including architecture validation, multi-tenant design, SOC workflow alignment, and service-readiness assessments.
  • •Align partner service models (managed detection, threat hunting, incident response retainers, cyber risk advisory) with platform capabilities to support monetization and operational excellence.
  • •Support detection engineering, threat hunting alignment, and adversary simulation validation in collaboration with red teams, SOC analysts, and IR professionals.
  • •Assist partners with integrating Trend Vision One with SIEM/SOAR, ticketing, automation pipelines, APIs, and other SOC tooling while developing enablement assets and driving cross-functional feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in cybersecurity engineering, solutions engineering, SOC operations, incident response, red teaming, or managed security environments.
  • •Proven experience working with MSSPs, MDR providers, IR firms, or security consultancies.
  • •Strong understanding of XDR, SIEM, EDR, cloud security, threat intelligence, and detection engineering principles.
  • •Experience designing or supporting multi-tenant managed security architectures and aligning SOC workflows and response orchestration.
  • •Strong knowledge of public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP) and ability to engage technical audiences with excellent communication and presentation skills.
