Key Responsibilities

  • •Support legal operations technology and tool enablement, including legal e-billing platform operations (matter setup, invoice processing, workflows, budget and accrual tracking, reporting, and user support).
  • •Coordinate legal training launches and support the enterprise legal training platform and online legal education platform (user access, completion tracking, course awareness, and reporting).
  • •Provide operational support for the Legal Operations CLM team and attorney users, and oversee shared collaboration tools (SharePoint sites, Teams channels, and Outlook distribution lists).
  • •Facilitate outside counsel, vendor, and financial management, including rate reviews, vendor onboarding, outside counsel guideline questions, budgeting, monthly accruals, dashboard updates, and purchase order tracking.
  • •Drive knowledge management and execution: document processes and maintain document version control; coordinate training calendar/roadmap and internal communications; manage Seattle-based office operations and onboarding/event logistics while handling sensitive information discreetly.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree or higher in Business, Legal Studies, Operations, Finance, Technology, or a related field, or relevant experience.
  • •3+ years of legal operations, legal administrative, paralegal, or business operations experience.
  • •Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
  • •Working knowledge of AI workplace tools (Gemini, Copilot, etc.) with ability to improve proficiency and efficiency.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and experience with DocuSign and Adobe products (or similar); certified notary public or willing to obtain.
