Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize uninterrupted supply of raw materials, materials, and components to the plant.
  • •Plan and coordinate timely delivery of finished products to clients, warehouses, or distributors, including coordinating delivery of components.
  • •Find and arrange hired transport, design optimal routes across Ukraine, and coordinate the company’s own fleet.
  • •Handle document processing and control the return of primary and supporting documentation (TTN, waybills, invoices, acts).
  • •Calculate delivery costs, optimize to reduce transport and warehouse expenses, and quickly resolve route-related contingencies.

Key Requirements

  • •1–2 years of logistics experience in production or at a transport company.
  • •Strong knowledge of EDO systems, including M.E.Doc and services “Вчасно” (especially Вчасно.Документи).
  • •Basic understanding of accounting rules for processing primary documents.
  • •Knowledge of cargo transportation regulations in Ukraine, including TTN requirements and electronic document flow.
  • •Advanced PC skills (especially high-level Excel), plus experience with 1C:Підприємство (or BAS) and ERP/WMS systems.
