Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of the end-to-end change process from submission and risk assessment through authorization, scheduling, implementation, validation, and post-implementation review.
  • •Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance, prepare decision-making information, facilitate reviews, and ensure agreed actions are completed.
  • •Maintain the forward schedule of change, identify conflicts/high-risk periods, coordinate communications, and escalate risks impacting service continuity.
  • •Align change management practices with wider ITIL disciplines (release, incident, problem, configuration management) and develop governance controls, reporting frameworks, and performance measures.
  • •Produce management information and insights via governance reporting and KPI analysis, and use Power BI to build dashboards and analyze data while maintaining CMDB record accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience operating or governing an end-to-end Change Management or ITIL Change Enablement process in a live operational environment.
  • •Strong understanding of ITIL principles, change governance, risk assessment, CAB management, emergency change processes, and post-implementation reviews.
  • •Ability to engage stakeholders confidently, challenge constructively, and influence positive outcomes.
  • •Experience developing governance frameworks, policies, process documentation, performance reporting, and continual improvement plans.
  • •Practical experience with Power BI, including data analysis, dashboard development, and data modelling; Power Query and DAX would be beneficial.
