Support Carvana’s real estate legal team by organizing projects, tasks, and workflow for a national real estate rollout. Maintain and track dealer, business, auction, and other licenses to ensure renewals are inventoried, managed, and renewed on time. Help execute project management by monitoring progress, deliverables, and target dates, recommending process improvements, and maintaining documentation and tools that keep teams efficient.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the real estate legal team by coordinating information and processes and keeping projects organized.
•Maintain a portfolio of dealer, business, auction, and other licenses and ensure renewals are inventoried, managed, and renewed to avoid missed deadlines.
•Track project progress, deliverables, target dates, and statuses, and communicate updates to appropriate parties while executing file and task tracking.
•Spot, recommend, and execute process enhancements to improve team efficiencies and results.
•Create and/or maintain documents, resources, and applications used for organizing, tracking, and communicating projects and processes.

Key Requirements

•Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
•3+ years experience working in a corporate/office environment in an administrative or similar role.

•Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products and aptitude for project management tools and software.
