Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).
  • •10+ years of sales, strategic account management, or commercial leadership experience, preferably in food ingredients or CPG-related industries.
  • •Proven success managing large, complex strategic customer relationships and driving profitable growth.
  • •Experience leading and developing high-performing commercial teams.
  • •Strong commercial acumen across account planning, pricing, forecasting, negotiations, and P&L management.
