  • •Provide quality engineering leadership to Sourced Products partners in the HVAC finished goods portfolio to ensure strong end-customer experiences.
  • •Partner with product and category management to manage sustaining and new product initiatives with supplier partners.
  • •Coach and mentor suppliers on problem-solving methods to address field and end-customer quality concerns.
  • •Train partners on standard work elements to improve productivity and first pass yield (FPY).
  • •Execute warranty claim and field quality alert analysis; track supplier performance, run supplier process reviews/audits, and support new product quality planning and warranty recovery efforts.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated strong leadership and applied knowledge of APQP, FMEA, and PPAP.
  • •Experience with Advanced Quality Planning, DFMEA deployment, and Production Part Approval Processes.
