Key Responsibilities

•Define the visual language for Vercel’s key web surfaces and set creative direction for the team.
•Create memorable moments including hero animations, launch films, event environments, and brand-partnership work.
•Own creative vision end to end from concept through shipping on the real web with design engineers.
•Set the craft bar across typography, motion, and page detail that reflect the Vercel standard.
•Raise the bar across mediums (web, motion, illustration, 3D, identity) and influence Geist and shared patterns.

•Ability to shape launch moments, events, or brand-partnership surfaces under real deadlines.
