Lead TikTok Local Services’ SMB team, coaching and directing team members to drive measurable client and revenue outcomes. •Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Merchant Education to scale best practices and address knowledge/performance gaps for sales teams.
•Analyze campaign performance data to provide data-driven business insights to clients and improve advertising offerings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in any major.
•Extensive experience in account management/client services roles, particularly in SMB.
•3+ years of management experience leading and inspiring a sales team to deliver measurable outcomes.
•Experience in business development, account management, sales, or partnerships with a proven track record of delivering targets.
•Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with global and local sales teams.
