Job Summary

Oversee the performance and physical condition of a commercial real estate loan portfolio by collecting and analyzing inspections, rent roll/occupancy reports, and operating statements. Evaluate cash flows, debt yield coverage, lease terms, deterioration, and market conditions, maintain loan/collateral data, and conduct underwriting-style analysis for underperforming assets. Coordinate the inspection process and communicate findings with borrowers, sub-servicers, investors, and rating agencies.

•Assess cash flows, debt yield coverages, lease terms, physical deterioration, and market-level conditions.
•Research property performance inquiries and communicate findings with borrowers, sub-servicers, rating agencies, investors, and loan originators.
•Manage the annual property inspection process and oversee inspection vendors to resolve issues.
•Maintain a watchlist of elevated-risk properties, conduct intensive analysis for underperforming loans, and ensure borrower compliance with loan covenants.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
•Some experience in commercial real estate, property analysis, or a related field (preferred).
•Ability to interpret financial and operational data to assess property performance and risk.
•Skilled in reviewing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
•Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
