Job Summary

Provides nursing care in an effective and safe manner to a select group of patients and families, carries out established nursing regimes, and plans of nursing care under the guidance of a preceptor or other designated RN.

Key Responsibilities

•Identifies outcomes with regard to patient care delivery and timely care.
•Plans patient care based on assessment, validated by peers. Implements appropriate reporting, referrals, and care in accordance with standardized procedures.
•Delivers safe and appropriate patient care to a specific patient population using nursing process.
•Provides direct and indirect care services, including administration of medications and therapeutic agents necessary to implement treatment.
•Performs skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiation of peripheral venous access.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years (required).
•Minimum 1 year in GCC (preferred).
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
•Minimum 3 years (required) in nursing practice with knowledge of QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework.
