Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement multi-agent LLM workflows using agent orchestration frameworks, including routing, state persistence, and runtime agent spawning.
  • •Build and maintain RAG pipelines from document ingestion to chunking, embeddings, and vector search to ground LLM responses in authoritative sources.
  • •Develop and deploy backend AI services (including Spring Boot microservices) exposing REST APIs for downstream consumers.
  • •Create tests and debugging practices for non-deterministic AI components, including prompt regression suites and schema validators.
  • •Respond to on-call support needs by troubleshooting issues and deploying fixes under guidance.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD).
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using LangGraph/LangChain frameworks, including multi-agent graph construction and conditional routing.
  • •Experience building and testing enterprise-scale web services, including system design/architecture, debugging, and code reviews.
  • •Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt construction, including token limits and response parsing.
  • •Experience with backend development in Java (Java 17+ preferred; Java 21 strong plus) and REST API design with Spring Boot and JPA/ORM patterns.
