Assistant Site Manager

Assist in leading operations at a DashMart distribution center, supporting the Site Manager to maintain high-quality, customer-obsessed fulfillment. Help manage and develop a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads through coaching, hiring, and building a safety-first culture. Drive daily outcomes through scheduling, inventory management, and best practices, analyze data to improve workflows and resource allocation, and handle onsite escalations with cross-functional partners.
