Treasury Management Area Manager

Lead the Treasury Management team for a defined region, coordinating achievement of TM P&L plans and driving revenue growth through sales of treasury management solutions. Establish regional and individual sales goals, assign Treasury Management Officers, and develop calling and sales strategies. Recruit, develop, and train team talent while partnering with senior leadership and Relationship Managers. Oversee customer service, implementation coordination, working capital analysis-driven opportunities, and incentive pay information.
