Own end-to-end growth for a Salesforce self-service business, driving activation, adoption, value realization, expansion, and self-service revenue. Build and optimize lifecycle marketing journeys across email, in-product messaging, web, and AI-powered engagement. Lead experimentation with A/B and multivariate tests, apply behavioral and CRM data for audience insights, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Customer Success. Hybrid role with three days in-office weekly.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the end-to-end self-service growth strategy for Your Account.
•Improve activation, adoption, expansion, and self-service ACV; build quarterly growth plans aligned to business and revenue goals.
•Design lifecycle marketing programs and customer journeys across email, in-product messaging, web, and AI-powered engagement.
•Lead growth experimentation including messaging, targeting, segmentation, channels, and customer experiences with A/B and multivariate tests.
•Partner across Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing Operations to execute and build repeatable growth processes.

•Experience owning pipeline or revenue goals and delivering measurable business outcomes.
•Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles, digital growth strategies, and lifecycle marketing.
•Experience designing and optimizing customer journeys across email, web, in-product messaging, and marketing automation platforms.
•Strong SQL skills and experience building audience segments from CRM or behavioral datasets; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
