Job Summary

Technical Accounting Analyst will support the Commercial Risk finance team in Krakow, performing back-office accounting tasks, reconciliations, intercompany payments, and data analysis in Excel. You’ll verify information against system records, manage high-volume transactions with accuracy, collaborate with local teams, and contribute to process improvements as part of a hybrid/office-based role.

Key Responsibilities

•Back-office accounting tasks including checking information from insurers against system records and performing calculations
•Analysing booking differences, brokerage and commission differences, booking incoming bank payments and intercompany payments
•Reconciliation, collection, and ensuring service levels are met in a timely manner
•Collaborating with local teams and team coordinator to ensure accurate, timely delivery
•Developing, tracking and reporting metrics for various business situations/projects and supporting process improvements

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting
•Strong Excel skills
•English and Spanish – at least a B2 level
•Strong analytical skills with focus on technical accounting rules
•Ability to manage high volume of transactions accurately and communicate with management
