Production Manager, Gunsan

Lead production operations at the Gunsan plant by building and managing short-, mid-, and long-term production plans. Optimize schedules using demand forecasts and sales projections, monitor on-time delivery and production KPIs, and drive productivity, yield, and cost improvements. Manage raw material planning, procurement coordination, and inventory optimization, lead shop-floor teams, and run S&OP activities while ensuring safety and compliance across key functions.
