Welcome and assist guests before, during, and after shows at the Belasco Theater by scanning tickets, answering questions, and helping patrons find seats. Key Responsibilities

•Greet guests, scan tickets on entry, answer questions, and help guests locate seats and entry seat levels.
•Maintain a safe, clean, and presentable venue for guests.
•Resolve guest complaints or problems.
•Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, and assist with guests with special needs and seat accommodations.
•Guide guests to exits and provide instructions during emergencies, and help with venue closeout as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.87 - 19 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 1+ year in a guest service role (preferred).
•Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Strong judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
•Ability to constantly walk, climb stairs, and occasionally sit; lift and carry 25 lbs or more.
