Own the strategy and growth of Dave’s net-new marketing and distribution partnerships within User Acquisition. Identify and source high-potential partners, structure commercial agreements, negotiate with cross-functional stakeholders, and manage the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding through performance improvement. Collaborate with Product on integrations and co-branded experiences, and work with Analytics and Marketing to measure results and scale durable member growth.

•Define and lead Dave’s strategy for strategic distribution partnerships and alternative growth channels beyond traditional affiliate and paid media.
•Build and manage a pipeline of partner opportunities through proactive outreach and ongoing market evaluation.
•Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing management.
•Lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing to support long-term growth and member trust.
•Partner with Product on integrations, co-branded experiences, and embedded financial solutions; launch and scale partnerships with Analytics and Marketing to measure performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 158,000 - 204,000 annually
