Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily in-line inspections to monitor product procedures and report quality issues to the line manager.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans with service providers for quality issues found on lines.
  • •Review samples and ES & CS reports, as well as QLA, to highlight key points to service providers.
  • •Review pre-production trials and run pre-production meetings with service providers.
  • •Approve packing instructions for new and updated styles (including flat packing) and conduct finished-goods (FG) audits before shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in footwear quality management, preferably in luxury fashion shoes.
  • •Practical and technical knowledge of the footwear industry.
  • •Knowledge of AQL and quality control systems.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and local Asian languages.
  • •University education is an advantage.
