Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues and determine root cause and corrective actions using real-time service data.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain complete and timely daily work-order/electronic documentation and practice safe job practices for repairs.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites for repairs/maintenance when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Own the tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with extensive construction equipment knowledge, including schematics and diagrams.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and must be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
  • •Safety- and physical-capability requirements: able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass safety screenings (10-panel drug screen; background check contingent employment).
