Job Summary

Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives for the Operational Governance team supporting Investments and Distribution Services. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria, perform data analysis and process mapping, and develop executive-ready insights. Manage project plans, risks, governance, and reporting while supporting change management and adoption of standardized methodologies and tools.

•Collect, validate, and analyze data to support decision-making, develop dashboards/KPIs/KRIs, and present actionable insights to leadership.
