Job Summary

Sr Analyst within Kraft Heinz's Growth and R&D Tech Capabilities drives cross-functional, data-driven initiatives by translating business needs into technical actions. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical execution actions
•Lead technology project management activities, including program submission and approval, budget and value tracking, implementation, and project closure
•Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical solutions
•Coordinate across technical delivery teams (data engineering, data architecture, data science, AI/ML Ops, software engineering) to drive delivery of committed business requirements
•Manage an assigned portfolio of SaaS applications, ensuring technical health, security, and lifecycle requirements are implemented and maintained

Key Requirements

•2-3 years IT and/or data and analytics experience, ideally within a large Fortune 500 organization
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related discipline
•Strong understanding of data and analytics processes and platforms, such as Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau
•Experience with consumer insights and voice-of-customer tech/tools (e.g., Talkwalker, Nichefire, Yogi, Salesforce, Profitero)
•Technical project management and vendor management experience
