Key Responsibilities

  • •Develops and maintains Mortgage Loan Servicing procedures.
  • •Processes loan payments/corrections, payoffs, and responds to internal and external customer inquiries.
  • •Administers mortgage escrow accounts including maintenance, monitoring, and payment of taxes and insurance.
  • •Identifies training needs and develops training materials, including scheduling and delivery support.
  • •Collaborates with Mortgage Loan Servicing leadership to propose and implement workflow improvements and help maintain regulatory/investor compliance knowledge.

Key Requirements
