Job Summary

Conduct user research that bridges Peloton’s hardware and digital experiences, supporting innovation and optimization of Bike, Tread, and Row products. Evolve research roadmaps and processes across product teams, scope and execute both hardware and software research, and partner on participant sourcing and live testing logistics. Analyze qualitative and quantitative findings from mockups, prototypes, and finished features, then present clear insights that drive product decisions and improvements.

•Evolve user research and testing processes across multiple product teams, including prioritization and short- and long-term research roadmaps.
•Identify hardware user research goals from ambiguous problem statements, then scope, plan, and execute research.
•Scope, plan, and execute software research as needed with product and engineering partners.
•Partner with research operations to source participants and manage logistics for live in-person or remote testing.
•Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and present findings to stakeholders to enable strategic product decisions and improvements.
