Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, design, test, and release components within the ArcGIS Online platform across AWS, Azure, and VMware infrastructure
  • •Contribute to implementation design, backend API quality assurance, and improvements to cloud-based software update processes
  • •Assist in the design, testing, and validation of security features that enhance ArcGIS Online
  • •Perform functional and workflow-driven testing, including both manual and automated testing, to ensure product quality and release readiness
  • •Troubleshoot, investigate, and triage customer-reported issues

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in GIS technologies (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, or similar) and software testing or software development within an engineering environment
  • •Experience creating and executing test plans and test automation for UI and/or web services
  • •Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including services like EC2, S3, SQS, Azure Virtual Machines, Storage, Kubernetes, or similar technologies
  • •Understanding of REST APIs and web services
  • •Experience automating workflows through scripting
