Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root-cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management
  • •Champion visual standards and maintain safe operations through strong stockroom standards and processes
  • •Oversee Operations Associates, including recruitment and development, and use company performance tools to provide feedback and drive growth
