Manage Business Banking regulatory reporting governance, control monitoring, and regulatory change implementation. Coordinate reporting requirements, review and validate regulatory data for completeness and control weaknesses, and track remediation actions to closure. Develop reporting management information, dashboards, and status updates to support submission readiness and exception/risk oversight. Provide guidance to stakeholders, liaise with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Operations, and maintain evidence packs and governance documentation for audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Business Banking regulatory reporting governance by coordinating reporting requirements and ensuring obligations are understood, documented, and tracked across business areas.
•Review reporting inputs, dependencies, and control requirements to support accurate, complete, and auditable reporting outcomes.
•Review and validate regulatory reporting data for completeness, consistency, and source alignment; identify gaps, exceptions, and control weaknesses before submission or escalation.
•Monitor data quality issues and reporting control trends, support corrective actions, and track issue remediation to reduce recurring reporting exceptions.
•Coordinate regulatory change implementation from new regulations, notices, audit observations, and improvements by maintaining action trackers and following up for closure within agreed requirements.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of experience in banking or financial services with exposure to regulatory reporting, governance, business control, risk and control, management information, or regulatory implementation.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related discipline.
•Experience with regulatory reporting governance and business banking products and processes.
•Knowledge of risk and control frameworks and regulatory data validation, including identifying gaps and exceptions.
•Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications, with analytical thinking.
