Key Responsibilities

•Complete nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection during service evenings using assigned trash tote/cart.
•Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps and safely transport waste to on-site dumpsters, compactors, or chute rooms.
•Use Trash Butler’s field app for efficient timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
•Perform additional services as assigned, which may include porter service, bulk item hauling, pet station waste removal, pressure washing, compactor clean-up, and light cleanliness tasks.
•Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager and work quietly and efficiently to avoid disturbing residents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 1,100 monthly

Key Requirements

•Lift up to 25 lbs., use hands/arms repetitively, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
•Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties) and have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.
•Have a cell phone (smart phone) to download and use the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
•Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability, including the ability to work independently and efficiently.
•High school diploma or equivalent (customer service experience is a plus).
