Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of one or more factory 300mm toolsets, including sustaining safety/cleanliness and copy-exact performance.
  • •Review control charts and tool output daily to ensure toolset and layers remain excursion free and achieve MOR availability and 100% matching.
  • •Lead tool installations, conversions, qualifications, and new product introductions for new technology start-ups.
  • •Drive continuous improvement in tool health and matching using an improvement roadmap to improve availability, cycle time, and defect density.
  • •Define roadmaps, establish module flow/procedures/equipment configuration, plan experiments, and sustain process control systems through volume ramp.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with 2+ years of Semiconductor or Metrology experience OR a Master’s degree in a STEM field.
  • •Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
