•Coordinate scheduling with Reception to ensure adequate staffing during peak periods.
•Manage treatment bookings and optimize availability, addressing dead spaces.

Key Requirements

•Experience supervising spa operations and guest services in a high-end environment.
•Ability to monitor day-to-day spa operations, including set-ups, cleanliness, stock levels, guest, and team satisfaction.
•Strong mentoring and training skills to coach spa team members.
•Experience handling guest feedback and driving guest satisfaction.
•Scheduling and coordination with front desk to manage bookings during peak hours.
