Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand customer needs around how payment schemes impact customers and use that to drive product decisions.
  • •Define the multi-year strategy for payment scheme integrations with internal teams, regulators, and payment scheme operators.
  • •Lead payment scheme integrations alongside engineering leads, ensuring strong project management and managing risks and opportunities.
  • •Monitor and optimize integration performance using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Drive operational excellence by implementing improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant product management experience in payments, ideally in finance/fintech.
  • •8+ years of workforce experience, ideally including 5+ years in product management or adjacent product roles.
  • •At least 3+ years in a senior product manager role if your experience is outside product management.
  • •Ability to use data and define performance metrics; experience working with SQL (or similar).
  • •Enough technical depth to collaborate with engineers on systems, integrations, reliability, observability, and platform design.
