Development Engineer (Bad Neustadt, DE, 97616)

Develop and design components and rotating machinery with a focus on mechanical engineering. Own technical solution concepts considering standards, cost, sustainability, and environmental aspects, and perform independent sizing, calculations, and dimensioning (including strength, tolerances, bearings, and FEM). Support project planning with effort estimates, conduct risk assessments and FMEAs, collaborate on requirements documents, and provide supplier technical support while maintaining engineering documentation and data.
