•Handle inbound leads from Mudah.my, Leadbot, and campaigns with immediate and consistent follow-up.
•Execute outbound calls to warm leads, presenting cars, financing options, and Mudah Certified benefits persuasively.
•Understand customer needs (budget, preferred model, financing readiness, trade-in options) and provide tailored recommendations.
•Build rapport through consultative, customer-first selling and explain the value of Mudah Certified (trusted dealers, warranty, inspections).
•Schedule inspections, test drives, and dealer appointments via WhatsApp; coordinate with dealers, inspection teams, and financing partners to ensure smooth process flow.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 3 years’ experience in telesales, automotive, or field sales with a proven sales record.
•Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills over phone/WhatsApp.
