Manage the assessment and processing of loan proposals within the Credit and Loans team, ensuring accurate lending administration and efficient reporting. Oversee compliance with lending policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and screening procedures. Act as the main contact for loan inquiries, support colleagues on applications and renegotiations, review complex proposals for pricing and credit decisions, and monitor loan performance and debt recovery to maximise returns and contractual compliance.
