Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SHOP product line, ensuring alignment with HP Store and broader business priorities
  • •Translate company and Store-level objectives into clear, outcome-driven product strategies and initiatives across multiple pods
  • •Define and maintain product line success metrics and OKRs, with a focus on discoverability, engagement, and conversion through the top of the funnel
  • •Lead cross-pod prioritization and decision-making, balancing customer experience quality, commercial performance, and platform scalability
  • •Partner closely with UX, Engineering, Analytics, and Sales to shape solutions, manage tradeoffs, and deliver results

Key Requirements
