Key Responsibilities

•Prospect, pitch, and close employers who commit to interviewing and hiring graduates, owning the employer funnel and close.
•Run the employer relationship end to end by defining stages, instrumenting the funnel, and reporting weekly.
•Negotiate and structure durable commitments including interview slots, hiring targets, wage floors, and onboarding support.
•Build and ship AI workflows for outreach and pipeline tracking, version-controlling and documenting them for team use.
•Document partnerships processes so changes can be absorbed across ops, placement, and product.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience building and closing partnerships or business development deals.
•Ability to define and manage a full employer funnel from first touch to signed commitment and repeat hiring.
•Strong analytical skills using leading and lagging indicators to design and improve the partnership process.
•Experience building and running a CRM to manage many active relationships without gaps.
•Comfort building and deploying AI-assisted workflows (e.g., using Claude skills and sharing with a team).
