Head of Retail

Lead the growth of PUMA’s retail stores channel in South Africa by overseeing all bricks-and-mortar operations. Own sales performance, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, people management, and profitability. Develop long-term retail strategy, drive revenue growth and margin improvement, manage retail budgets and the retail P&L, and ensure targets for customer service, labour ratios, and stock shrinkage. Also manage store lease negotiations, third-party service agreements, and expansion opportunities.
