Job Summary

Lead projects within the Value Realization Office to deliver measurable business value across Aon Business Services (ABS). Define scope, deliverables, timelines, governance, and reporting; track progress, risks, dependencies, and resources. Establish KPIs and metrics to realize and measure value, while coordinating with global teams across solution lines, operations, product, and platform groups. Improve processes and ways of working to increase overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures with stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, governance documentation, and reporting.
•Track project progress, resource allocation, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
•Establish and monitor KPIs and other metrics to measure business impact and value realization.
•Build collaboration relationships and improve processes, ways of working, and overall project efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Experience managing projects, programs, or portfolios in a complex business environment.
•Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities, solve problems creatively, and adapt to evolving business needs.
•Experience with project governance, risk management, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project; project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP) are welcome but not required.
