Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical direction across multiple engineering teams and ensure alignment on engineering standards and best practices.
•Review system designs and architectural approaches to ensure scalability, reliability, and alignment to business requirements.
•Drive improvements in development workflows, including code reviews, testing strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
•Support teams in translating business requirements into technical solutions and implementation approaches.
•Coach and mentor engineers and technical leads while guiding complex technical problem-solving and influencing key engineering decisions across teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree, or 13+ years of relevant work experience.
•Experience leading software engineering teams in fintech, payments, or banking technologies/software systems.
•Experience developing and/or implementing web-based or mobile applications.
•Experience in a leadership role with direct reports and in requirements gathering, system design, and architecture for complex solutions.
•Experience in agile delivery management, DevSecOps practices, test planning/execution/automation, and incident response/resolution.
