Provide industry-leading client service in person and over the phone by building and expanding new and existing client relationships. Consult with customers to identify financial needs, recommend deposit and credit solutions, support referrals to internal specialists, and help meet individual and branch sales targets. Cross-train to support teller transactions, manage client maintenance requests, and stay compliant with internal controls and risk management policies.
